The horrific SXSW hit-and-run keeps getting worse. On the night of March 12, one Rashad Owens, trying to escape from police, plowed into a crowd of people outside the Austin venue the Mohawk, killing several and injuring many more. Two victims, Steven Craenmehr and Jamie Ranae West, died that night, while Sandy Le, a third, died a few days later. And now, as Pitchfork points out, another victim has died from injuries sustained during the crash, and this one is the youngest yet: 18-year-old DeAndre Tatum. What an awful, fucked-up, pointless thing.
