The biannual Celebrity Shoes auction is put on by the Small Steps Project, a UK charity that benefits children who live on landfills and survive by scavenging through the waste. Public figures donate autographed shoes to Small Steps, and twice a year Small Steps auctions off the celebrity kicks for charity. Some of the big musical names donating to this year’s auction include the Strokes, Four Tet, Chvrches, Annie Lenox, and Beyoncé (whose signed Stuart Weitzman boots you can see above).
