Madonna’s reportedly been working on a new album for a while now, but she hasn’t even announced the album yet. It was probably going to come out next year. But now, who knows. Thirteen brand-new Madonna songs — possibly the entire finished new album — leaked to the internet this morning, as Oh No They Didn’t points out. Madonna recorded the tracks with Diplo, Avicii, Natalia Kills, and Ryan Tedder. Rumor has it that the album is called either Unapologetic Bitch (awesome title) or Iconic (less so). (That’s presumably a fan-created cover up there.) The album, or whatever it is, has one song called “Unapologetic Bitch” and another called “Bitch I’m Madonna.” It’ll be interesting to see how Madonna handles this — whether she retools the album or bumps up the release or ignores it entirely. But it’s out there now. Ask Sony Pictures about that: There’s nothing you can do about that now.

In a second since-deleted Instagram, Madonna wrote: “This is artistic rape!! These are early leaked demo’s half of which wont even make it on my album the other half have changed and evolved. This is a form of terrorism. Wtf!!!! Why do people want to destroy artistic process??? Why steal? Why not give me the opportunity to finish and give you my very best?”
