The All Tomorrow’s Parties festival has been having a tough time of it lately, after last year’s Jabberwocky Festival was canceled at the last minute amidst a storm of controversy. But the people behind ATP have still managed to put together an awesome, all-over-the-place bill for their annual Iceland festival. This year’s ATP Iceland comes to Ásbrú, a former NATO base in Keflavík, 7/2-4. It has three weirdly amazing headliners: Iggy Pop, Belle & Sebastian, and reunited post-hardcore titans Drive Like Jehu — not exactly three names I ever expected to see on the same lineup. The rest of the card also has plenty going for it: Run The Jewels, Mudhoney, Deafheaven, Iceage, Ought, Loop, clipping., the Bug, Chelsea Wolfe, the Field, White Hills, and a ton of others.
