We got our first look at the upcoming Batman Vs. Superman movie back in July, but did you know that the dumb thing doesn’t even have a name yet? How hard is it to name a movie? Just call it what it is: Batman Vs. Superman. That’s what they did with The Facebook Movie. Right? I’m pretty sure that’s right, and that won three Oscars! Apparently, though, they are not into that idea, based on these SLEUTHINGS from Fusible, via FilmDrunk:

There’s been a lot of debate over the official title of the upcoming Batman vs. Superman film scheduled to be released in 2015. This week, Warner Bros. secretly registered a host of possible titles through the internet brand protection company MarkMonitor.

Now, it’s likely the debate is going to get more opinions.

According to the latest domain registrations, possible titles include “Man of Steel: Battle the Knight”, “Man of Steel: Beyond Darkness”, “Man of Steel: Black of Knight”, “Man of Steel: Darkness Falls”, “Man of Steel: Knight Falls”, “Man of Steel: Shadow of the Night”, “Man of Steel: The Blackest Hour”, and “Man of Steel: The Darkness Within”.

Shorter variations of the names were also registered like, “Battle the Knight”, “Black of Knight”, “Knight Falls”, and “The Blackest Hour”.

Is everything “secret” if you don’t publicly announce that you’re doing it? If so, our lives are much less full of secrets than they should be. Stop Instagramming your secrets, they’re all you have! But anyway: the names. None of these are working for me. I’ve come up with a few of my own just to ease us into our brainstorming session:

Maybe they can see of those domain names are still available?
