Modest Mouse Plan “Partner” Album Out Soon After Strangers To Ourselves
It’s been eight years since the last time they managed to release a new LP, but Modest Mouse are a week away from releasing their new album Strangers To Ourselves. It’s looking like we won’t have to wait anywhere near that long before they come out with something new. Speaking to HMV, frontman Isaac Brock confirmed that the band is planning to release a new companion LP as soon as they possibly can: “I’m pretty far along with the next one as it is. I went in to making this one with two records in mind… It’ll be released as quickly as it’s legally allowed to be. It’s a partner to this one.”
Strangers To Ourselves is out 3/17 on Epic.
