Stream Björk Vulnicura Remix Project – Part Two
Björk’s Vulnicura is one of the bravest, most intimate albums of the year, and even its premature leak couldn’t lessen its impact. She dealt with the leak by simply releasing the record early, and she continues to pop up around Brooklyn, like when she showed up to DJ Tri Angle Record’s fifth birthday party. She’s also begun to release remixes of her entire album in sections — we got Part One a few weeks ago and today she’s shared Part Two. It includes a remix of “History Of Touches” by Berlin-based grime producer Rabit, a reworking of “Lionsong” by London’s Untold, and a remix of “Mouth Mantra” by the Haxan Cloak. Björk also spoke to Dazed at length about how each of these remixes came about.
A Part Three in the remix series is coming later this year, but you can listen to Part Two via Dazed. If you missed Part One it’s right here. Vulnicura is out now via One Little Indian and you can get it here.
