Yesterday, Deafheaven dropped a teaser video for their upcoming third album, and today, they release all the album’s details. The record will be called New Bermuda, it’ll be out on Anti- on October 2. That’s the cover art (by Allison Schulnik) above, and the five-song tracklist is below. The album was produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered by Jack Shirley, who worked on the band’s first two albums, too. The people who played on this one alongside frontman George Clarke and guitarist Kerry McCoy are Dan Tracy (drums), Stephen Lee Clark (bass), and Shiv Mehra (guitar). You can watch the teaser video below, which features a minute of new music. It sounds like Deafheaven. That’s a good thing!
