To promote their upcoming Big Grams project, Big Boi and Phantogram did a Reddit AMA a few days ago. As Billboard points out, one fan brought up the possibility of an Outkast biopic — particularly viable now, given the huge success of Straight Outta Compton — and this is what Big Boi had to say: “Me and ‘Dre were just discussing this over Labor Day. Stay tuned.”

So nothing definite, but “stay tuned” sounds promising. Given André’s burgeoning acting career and experience with musician biopics, maybe he could star as himself? That would be weird.
