In a video that went viral last year, 2 Chainz was ambling around backstage and making fun of people, and he reportedly called one girl a thot. (It stands for “that ho over there.” It’s not a nice thing to say.) The girl in question then sued 2 Chainz for five million dollars. Now TMZ reports that a North Carolina judge has thrown the lawsuit out, saying that the stuff 2 Chainz was doing in the video does not amount to “extreme or outrageous conduct.” So now there’s precedent, and you’re probably legally OK if you call someone a thot. Don’t do that, though. It’s a dick thing to do.
