Arcade Fire’s Will Butler has shared a new Christmas track called “City On A Hill,” a piano-based original in a similar vein to his offering last year, “Christmas 2014.” It features a reference to the crucifixion and brooding lines like “”Fuck off, I’m not gonna die from a terrorist bullet or from radical spy/ I could die in a car crash tonight or from a lightning strike or a meteorite,” sung with deep conviction.
