Somehow DMX miraculously managed to avoid having his picture submitted to the What-Dog.net craze with some corny caption like “Where my dogs at?” But he has not been spared from Snapchat’s Face Swap phenomenon.

With his prime far behind him — as well as several reality show appearances and many publicized trips to rehab and couples therapy — Dark Man X has become increasingly and endearingly regular over the years. One of the most adorable things about him is his mild technophobia. We’ve already seen him genuinely cringe at the toolbar on Google’s homepage during a lesson on how to surf the web on a laptop at Power 105.1. Now a video has surfaced where he’s actually spooked when swapping faces with actress Paige Hurd (Everybody Hates Chris), and it’s pretty damn cute. Hurd has to convince him to stay in place long enough for the feature to work initially because he’s so freaked out, but then he has some fun with it in the end.
