Following a handful of reunion shows in New York and Pomona over the past few weeks, LCD Soundsystem finally played their much-ballyhooed headlining set at Coachella last night. Near the end of their discography-spanning performance, Murphy interpolated part of fellow reunited Coachella headliners Guns N’ Roses’ “November Rain” during “New York, I Love You But You’re Bringing Me Down,” and they also paid tribute to Murphy’s late collaborator David Bowie by covering “Heroes.” (They closed with “All My Friends,” of course.)
