Stop Making Sense, the 1984 Talking Heads concert film that Jonathan Demme directed, might be the single greatest live-show movie ever made. And this fall, it’ll get a special tribute from three very funny people. Fred Armisen and Bill Hader’s IFC show Documentary Now! is returning for a second season this fall, and IFC has announced that Armisen and Hader’s fellow circa-’00s Saturday Night Live veteran Maya Rudolph will join them for a special episode inspired by Stop Making Sense.

The episode in question revolves around a fictional band called Test Pattern, which consists of the three cast members. It’s a fake live-show movie, and it’ll feature a handful of songs that Armisen wrote specifically for the episode, with titles like “Free David Ness” and “Indeng Indeng.” It’ll also have some backstage stuff about the musicians’ histories. Get excited to see what Armisen’s take on David Byrne’s big suit could possibly be.

The band will tape the Test Pattern live show in Los Angeles tomorrow night at San Gabriel Mission Playhouse, and John Mulaney will host. If you’re one of the first 200 people there, it’s free.
