Prince’s Paisley Park Opening For Public Tours
Prince’s Minneapolis-adjacent home and studio compound Paisley Park will open for daily public tours starting on 10/6, according to a report from the Associated Press. Bremer Trust, the company overseeing the late musician’s estate, announced today that fans will be able to tour the 65,000-square-foot complex and see “thousands of artifacts from his personal archives.”
“Opening Paisley Park is something that Prince always wanted to do and was actively working on,” Prince’s sister, Tyka Nelson, said in a statement. “Only a few hundred people have had the rare opportunity to tour the estate during his lifetime. Now, fans from around the world will be able to experience Prince’s world for the first time as we open the doors to this incredible place.”
An official website has been set up for the tours — tickets go on sale this Friday (8/26) at 3PM EST.
