A photographer is suing James Franco for headbutting him at a Lana Del Rey concert. As TMZ reports, David Tonnessen claims he was photographing Lana Del Rey at Hollywood Forever Cemetery in 2014 when Franco charged at him and headbutted him in the stomach, completely unprovoked. He’s suing for medical expenses and other damages, and according to the documents, Franco was “smiling, rather demonically” and then knocked Tonnessen to the ground with a “blank expression of joy on his face.” Of course, it looks like Tonnessen is a paparazzo, so there may or may not be more to the story.
