Most people first heard of Maggie Rogers by watching a stunned Pharrell compare her singular talent to the Wu-Tang Clan. And when “Alaska,” the gorgeous folk/dance hybrid that he was listening to, finally arrived, they weren’t disappointed. Today, the 22-year-old singer-songwriter has shared a new music video for the track, which comes accompanied by a letter of intent of sorts to launch her career.
