Norah Jones released her album Day Breaks earlier this month. It’s a return to her more jazzy, bluesy roots after the Danger Mouse-produced Broken Little Hearts. On the album, she jazzed the hell out of Neil Young’s twangy slow-rocker “Don’t Be Denied” from 1973’s Time Fades Away, and last night she performed her smooth rendition of the song on Corden. It’s an intimate performance with the fitting mood and feel of a jazz club. Watch Corden’s stage do its best Blue Note Cafe impression below.
