We named Littler one of the best new bands of 2016 based on the strength of their debut album, Of Wandering, and today they’ve shared a video for a new track, “Oversteeped.” It’ll appear on their forthcoming new EP, Bad Hand, which they recorded earlier this year before going on quasi-hiatus, as the band members are currently split between Philadelphia and the West Coast. “Oversteeped” keeps Of Wandering’s seasick melodies and reflects a period of time in which the band’s Madeline Meyer was sick herself, and wanted nothing more than to get better: “I’ve been here way too long/ I want to go outside,” she sings at one point. It’s attached to a video Dylan Hansen-Fliedner and starring guitarist Dan Colanduno as a beachgoer who eventually gets subsumed by the waves. Watch and listen via Spin below.
