Watch Chance the Rapper Lead A Parade To Chicago Polls
In recent years Chance The Rapper has proven to be not just a musician but a civic leader. He continued in that role last night, leading thousands of people on a parade through the streets of Chicago for early voting. The #paradetothepolls followed a free 3PM concert at Petrillo Music Shell in Grant Park featuring Chance plus Twin Peaks, Taylor Bennett, Malcolm London, oddCouple, and others.
