Carpool Karaoke is insufferable, but if anyone can inject some life into the lifeless segment, it’s Billy Eichner. Late Late Show host James Corden is ceding some control of the concept to a new TV series that will debut on Apple Music later this year. The show will pair up artists with different hosts, including one episode that features Eichner and Metallica. The band was spotted shooting a Carpool Karaoke-like segment in a supermarket last month with the Billy On The Street host, and it turns out that it’s for the forthcoming Apple Music series.

Other pairings include Alicia Keys and John Legend, Ariana Grande and Seth MacFarlane, Chelsea Handler and Blake Shelton, and Corden himself will do one with Will Smith. There’s no word yet on when the Apple Music Carpool Karaoke series will debut, but I’m sure you’ll never hear the end of it.
