Eagles Of Death Metal’s Jesse Hughes Slapped With Restraining Order Over Death Threats, Voodoo Doll
Eagles of Death Metal frontman Jesse Hughes hasn’t exactly been playing nice as of late, first drawing controversy for insinuating that the Bataclan staff were in on the tragic terrorist attack that took place at the venue in 2015, which then later got him kicked out of the venue during its reopening a few months ago. The hot water only continues to boil as TMZ reports that a former friend, Andrew Julien Vega, ordered and has been granted a restraining order against Hughes in response to an incident in which Hughes allegedly “threatened to shoot [Vega] and blow his lungs through his back,” as well as “glued a voodoo doll on his gate, stabbed it with a knife and wrote in red paint, ‘Andy is next.'” You can check out Hughes’ voodoo handiwork in the photo below.
The upcoming documentary about the Bataclan terrorist attack Eagles Of Death Metal: Nos Amis (Our Friends) airs 2/13 on HBO.
