Next month, the Spirit Of The Beehive will release their new album, Pleasure Suck, the follow-up to 2015’s You Are Arrived (But You’ve Been Cheated) EP. We’ve already heard “Ricky (Caught Me Tryin’),” and today they’re sharing a new song (along with a video put together by Federico Casanova) called “Cops Come Looking.” The Philly-based band’s music is best for transportive disassociation, and they go to murky and watery depths on their new track, which is based around a protective declaration: “If cops come looking, then I don’t know you/ If they come searching … I hope they do.” Listen to it below.
