St. Vincent & Zach Galifianakis, Chvrches & Kristen Stewart Team Up For Planned Parenthood
In the wake of Trump’s terrifying presidential victory, nonprofits like Planned Parenthood and the ACLU have been getting a lot of love. And they’re about to get even more: former Stereogum staffer and current the Creative Independent editor-in-chief Brandon Stosuy has announced a vague collaboration between St. Vincent, Zach Galifianakis, and John Legend for Planned Parenthood:

Also teaming up for Planned Parenthood? Chvrches and Kristen Stewart, who is reportedly directing “a musically oriented piece” for the band to benefit PP. “I had been asking them to let me do something for them for a while,” Stewart tells The Los Angeles Times. “They’re so good. I ended up with a pretty simple but definitive narrative arc that highlights the cause in a sweet but quiet and confronting way.” Stewart also recently filmed a music video for Chvrches’ Every Open Eye track “Down Side Of Me,” which may or may not be the same project.
