Last month, Slow Dancer — the silky smooth project fronted by Australian musician Simon Okely — introduced his upcoming sophomore album with a video for “Don’t Believe.” Today, he’s back with the official album details — it’s called In A Mood and it’s out 6/9 — and another new song, the spindly and soulful “It Goes On.” On it, Okely gradually comes to the realization that time stops for no man: “And I’m finding/ When I leave it alone/ That it takes a toll,” he sings on the hook, the rolling melody carrying him along to the next verse like a wave.
