Descendents – “Who We Are”
Last year, Descendents released their first new album in 12 years, Hypercaffium Spazzinate, and today they’ve returned with a one-off track called “Who We Are,” a protest song that was written in the aftermath of the presidential election. “In times like this we oughta stay together/ But they just pitted us against each other/ Just give it some time, though, and you will see that we all have a common enemy,” go the lyrics. Proceeds from the single will go to the ACLU, Planned Parenthood, and the Southern Poverty Law Center. Listen to it below.
