Watch Drake As Steph Curry In NBA Awards’ Get Out Parody
Last night, Drake hosted the first-ever NBA Awards, a drawn-out telecast pretty much entirely dedicating to handing the regular-season MVP award to Russell Westbrook. Drake hosted, and we’ve already posted the comedy bit where he and Will Ferrell played handshake coaches. And there was also another sketch, one in which Drake portrayed his fellow almost-obnoxiously successful young phenom Steph Curry. This one was a parody of the great horror movie Get Out, and it was built around the idea that Steph’s wife Ayesha Curry has hypnotized him to stay at home all the time. Get Out star Lil Rel played Draymond Green, which was pretty funny. Watch it below.

You have to admire Drake’s resolve to practice his DeGrassi-level sketch comedy skills at every available opportunity.
