Virgin Fest is a new festival put on by events producer Jason Felts and the Virgin Group’s Sir Richard Branson, as Billboard points out, and it seems to have no ties to the previously named Virgin Festival whose last iteration happened back in 2013.

Its inaugural lineup is headlined by Lizzo and A$AP Rocky. Other artists on the bill include Anderson .Paak, Major Lazer, Ellie Goulding, Kali Uchis, Jorja Smith, Banks, Clairo, Dorian Electra, Empress Of, Japanese Breakfast, Jay Som, Miya Folick, Sasami, Vagabon, and more.

The fest’s founders are hammering home a focus on “People and Planet,” touting the diverse lineup (60% female) and environmental initiatives, including a ban on single-use plastics on the festival grounds.

It’ll take place on 6/6 and 6/7 at the Banc of California Stadium + Exposition Park in Los Angeles. Tickets and more information can be found here.
