The 23rd edition of POP Montréal kicks off next week! This year’s festival features over 200 concerts in some 20 venues from Sept. 25 to Sept. 29, plus programming for Film POP, Kids POP, POP Symposium, Art POP, Puces POP, and the all-new Comedy POP. And Stereogum’s got two Discovery Passes to give away to one of you.
