I cannot understand how, honestly!

Yet another album whose every single gets me more and more hyped.
I was really looking forward to re-living my first concert...

Anybody love this band but, at the same time, unsure how they are able to stomach their bullshit? I mean, they're a blast but I feel like the absurdity should be more unbearable than it is.
Although, reading through the comments, it seems I might be in the minority regarding "American Dream."
I adore them but this should've been the final record, full stop.
Seems strange that they won't allow umlauts...not that this is the strangest part of the article.
I have long defended Drake but... I get it now. This album really fucking sucks.
She's also one of the few artists to cover Nick Drake while he was alive ("Mayfair")!
I can't believe he did "Apple Shampoo" like that. Certainly his best, imo.
Scarlett Johansson and Pete Yorn did it better. (which is not meant as a dig. I just can't believe it's true)
I agree that the domestic bliss angle is bs (and very strange, in general). But I find both "The Big Day" and "Coloring Book" endearing and delightful. I'm simply unclear what exactly everybody is wanting from him, I guess. Both seem like logical evolutions in his sound and message. I'll admit that it's a bit bloated but not enough to write it off as an outright bomb that so many seem to do.
Sounds great - very excited for this. I would, however, appreciate if it was followed up by a full length collab with Leon.
Everybody still wrong about "The Big Day"? Hmmm yes, it looks like it.
She probably could've benefited from dropping acid with the Flaming Lips for a few more years, tbh.
Anybody listen to the new LAKE?
Hayley Williams and The 1975 giving the people what they want....a frustrating inability to just listen to the final product already.
Who can get a hold of that script? Dear God, I need it.
One of these days, he's gonna get the recognition he deserves. His last two albums have been remarkable.
Oh she always makes me cry in a good way. "Atlanta Millionaires Club" was super underrated - "Jonny" was easily one of the best songs from last year.
A lot of album anniversaries make me think "has it really been that long??" this one, however, genuinely surprises me that it's *only* been that long.
Fantastic article for a fantastic musician - and person. I sure hope he's enjoying a cigarette wherever he is.

I know there were at least a few of y'all excited for this one but this new M. Ward is a glorious return to form. Gonna fill these heavy days/nights pretty well.
Well, this new has absolutely devastated me...
He's wrong - this is very much the most important thing in my life now.
Maybe but even September can be a bit on warmer side down here. It won't be more than a bit chilly - nothing some noddlin' won't solve.
Wow! The weather might actually be bearable at Bonaroo??
Are people supposed to be ashamed of this? They're all varying levels of fantastic.
