I started playing the video and then questioned why the hell I was doing that. Only conclusion was that I still have some shit to get together, so I'm doing that in advance of tonight
I thought about mentioning her too but I also get why it might not technically register as a "guest feature verse". She's still absolutely incredible though. Glad that she's in the credits for this album because that gotta mean another uncredited feature
It's pretty awful. Back cover is tight tho
Jay Rock's verse on Money Trees is an absolute show stealer. The reason that you don't remember Drake's verse is that it's just not as good of a song (I like it, but it's not even close)
Ahh fuck. http://i65.tinypic.com/1zn0osg.jpg
Fuck yes. That Rihanna feature means Kendrick is coming to annihilate Drake in his own field. I'm getting my shit together ASAP
I hope it's a black metal album as the cover implies. I'd love to hear tye Gizzards take on that genre
I can't believe people actually use the "Platinum with no features" thing unironically though. I like to think it's just a meme that went out of control
Yes yes and yes again!!
That's a good song! Though I'm having a hard time trying to figure out how all of those songs fit together on the same album. Gorillaz albums were always diverse but they did have an arching theme (musically and conceptually), but it's hard for me to find one in the 6 tracks released so far
Also, true story time: I only realized last year that pretty much all my life I somehow only listened to the leaked, unmixed version of HTTT (it's the only Radiohead album I don't physically own, and I pirated it when I was 13 and somehow stuck with that version). I can't bring myself to listen to the "real" version though. It feels too weird because I'm so used to this version
Where I End and You Begin is my actual favorite from this album so I'm really excited they played it. This song is so powerful, I recall this being one of my first favorite Radiohead songs when I just started listening to them about 11 years ago Other favorites are the obvious 2+2=5 and There There, but also very fond of A Wolf at the Door, Myxomatosis, and Go to Sleep.
Someone's practicing for Passover?
Those two Cave In albums are fucking amazing. I listened again to Jupiter not that long ago and it holds up soooo fucking good. I haven't listened to the Mutoid Man's previous full length but their debut EP is a fucking blast, so I'm looking forward to this + checking out the previous one!
dude bloc's not dying he's just old
I feel like "Time Moves Slow" by BADBADNOTGOOD went extremely underappreciated last year. That song is a fucking GEM and was my fav of 2016

Don't forget to check the internet for how Wes Scantlin of Puddle of Mudd is doing these days on your way to the show!
I'm incredibly hyped for all three upcoming albums in the top spots. All of those songs are fucking great. This is one hell of a year
Put on "You Forgot It in People" and prepare to be blown. (If you want to hype up beforehand, listen to "Cause = Time" first)
Also: it reminds me of the video for Bonobo's No Reason, which, if you've missed, is a must see: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ebzEEEdjHj0
I haven't listened to the Tribe album in a few weeks and almost forgot how good it was, but watching the (incredible) video for Dis Generation just reminded me. Thanks, Hiro Murai!
I would really be into checking this if it was all sludge metal cover versions tbh
How the fuck does papa smurf john manage to drop in the only couple hours where I'm not near a computer. god damn. Pure Comedy made a great accompaniment to me studying for a test the past couple weeks, take that as you will
Are you more the one plot Goosebumps or the choose-your-own-adventure one
Even though I played OK Computer front to back a milion times, The Tourist somehow always got placed in a "deep cut" corner where I always appreciated it but barely ever listened to it individually. While I was traveling for an extended period of time earlier this year I re-discovered this song, which became an integral part of my traveling experience, and in turn gained a signifcant meaning for me in my life. In my final week of travelling before going back home, it was announced that Radiohead will be playing a headlining concert here in my hometown, which I obviously got a ticket to within a heartbeat. Knowing that there's a possibly they will play The Tourist in that show (which they haven't, in 8 years!!) is mindblowing to me, and I absolutely can't fucking wait.
And this is a GREAT song!
Same thing happened to me about 6 months ago, so I'm very glad they're back around. It's such a great record!
I feel like the internet commenter who hates Father John Misty the most is Father John Misty
Haven't watched this yet but I fucking love Hiro Murai so I'm expecting this to be great
Exactly. Same thing as Royal Blood being in the fucking third line (they have ONE ALBUM for fuck's sake)
