I think it's sorta beloved, or used to be? And before the internet, you had to watch the movie to hear "Man In Motion," which like "Kiss From A Rose" was a #1 hit. (The rest of the soundtrack was very bad.)
I said I liked "Up Where We Belong" and the rest of the Stereogum staff made fun of me in Slack and now they're all fired whoops.
Will also point out that "Who Can It Be Now?" is PRETTY GOOD, but there are some even better Men At Work songs Tom won't get a chance to disparage.

Racists get banned, and since we don’t have a user notification system for that (yet) their appearance here is generally the acknowledgement that that’s happened. Our Best/Worst tool is very primitive right now, but we’re planning on something better. Fortunately it’s infrequent.
Yes, a good question. After a series of departures and layoffs under the old parent co, we currently have only 5 staff writers and all are white men — not good. Right now we really have no money (see my comment above), but when we grow the team, diversity will absolutely be a priority.
Oh and I shut off that AROUND THE WEB module today. Was not bringing in enough money to justify that nonsense. But the video ads, while not THAT lucrative, are like all we've got right now. (The 50% dropoff in ad revenue due to coronavirus right after I acquired the site has made things trickier than expected.) More news soon.
I know they suck -- I promise it's temporary. We *really* need the money right now. We are close to introducing an ad-free UX and other new ways to make money. Thanks for your patience!
