Ice Choir is the project of the Pains Of Being Pure At Heart’s Kurt Feldman, in which he steps to the fore as a champion of gossamer ’80s synth production. Kurt’s armed with a sighing new wave tenor to follow suit, so this is some pretty period-piece art here. “Teletrips” led the charge, though that’s trumped by the twinkling “I Want You Now And Always,” which is as severely fey and sharp as that hair-swoop rendered above.
