Isn’t it against TOS to sell something that doesn’t physically exist?
It’s not against the TOS – there’s actually a whole category for stuff like this on ebay – as for “not physically existing” a recorded song & its rights are much more tangible than say psychic healing (also avaiable on ebay). The Gravity Situation ain’t got nothin’ on Mr.Boo.
