As the clock ticks down to Drake’s October release of Take Care, Toronto’s finest sweater collector has been on a huge roll, creatively, releasing a number of quality tracks as effective teasers. Though it’s still unclear what will and what won’t make the record, Drake took to his blog to post two new, Take Care-eligible songs and a remix of Waka Flocka’s “Round Of Applause.” “Club Paradise” is a lush, bummed-out afterhours slow burner, “Free Spirit” is something of a banger and “Round Of Applause” is just pretty fun.

Drake kinda looks like a really old turtle.
Club Paradise has been on repeat. Free Spirit may have to grow on me. That ROA verse was fun.
Day after update: Free Spirit has definitely grown on me and it just might be better than Club Paradise.
never disappoints
like shabazz palaces
Shabazz is lord of this universe
Decent songs, but what happened to all the bangers on his first record. He seems to want to create a new style of music known as rap lullabies. I want shit that can blow out my car speakers!
“Headlines”.
Generic rapping to bland music that doesn’t even qualify as beats. Seriously I don’t know why Stereogum even bothers.
