In December, Island will release Amy Winehouse’s posthumous album Lioness: Hidden Treasures, and today they put out a video for Winehouse’s cover of “Our Day Will Come,” a song made famous by ’60s soul outfit Ruby And The Romantics. The song is on Lioness, and its accompanying clip is a composite of live clips as well and music video snippets. It’s a song that totally fits within Winehouse’s aesthetic, smoky and desperate with a fleck of optimism. Check it out after the jump. R.I.P.
