
Cass McCombs has already released two albums this year, including the very recent Album Of The Week Humor Risk, but he’s not done yet. McCombs recently recorded “Bradley Manning,” a story-song about the American soldier currently facing sentencing for giving information to WikiLeaks. The song splits the different between McCombs’ own diffuse style and the classically concrete protest-song form, and McCombs made the very lefty move of debuting it on Democracy Now. Grab it below.
