I’ve always been a big fan of the Ibanez TS9 Tube Screamer (“Screamer” for this iStomp). It’s a classic.
Favorite effect would have to be Tremolo! Hands down.

doubling up on delay with some modulation (phaser?) makes the whole thing sound totally oceanic and insane. “Alison” by Slowdive is a really good implementation of the two-delay sound.
strymon makes this awesome pedal that digitally models tape delay. el capistan. they sound great!
