Brooklyn dramatic indie pop duo Shy Hunters just released their debut album O, That I Had Wings, and they’ll spend the last part of June opening for Jolie Holland; Shy Hunters singer-guitarist Indigo Street (pictured) will be pulling double-duty as a member of Holland’s band. Deerhoof drummer Greg Saunier remixed album closer “Idle Days,” and rather than the wildly violent percussion on which he made his name, he’s given the song an eerie digital haze and bass that rumbles like industrial equipment. It’s sleek, seductive music. Listen to it.
