The Gaslight Anthem get their share of Springsteen references. Not surprising -- they're working-class rock guys from Jersey who like to tell stories about the everyday. (And, yeah, they've covered their elder.) You get some blue-collar poetry in the title track of their third album American Slang (6/15 via SideOneDummy) and to continue, to continue the thread, where Bruce was recently seen singing about "The Wrestler," the guys are here going on about a "Boxer."
