The Long Blondes' 2006 LP Someone To Drive You Home remains one of the great underappreciated classics of the past decade or so, a fired-up punky Britpop hookfest concept album about being afraid to grow up. That band broke up a few years ago, but frontwoman Kate Jackson (not the one from Charlie's Angels) has since gone solo. Her debut single, "Wonder Feeling" b/w "The Atlantic," is out soon, and both songs are sparkling, chugging new wave, done with vigor and energy. Listen to both below.
