A month or so ago we took in Bobby Womack's "Please Forgive My Heart," the first glimpse at the late-’60s/early-’70s soul legend's new LP produced by XL's Richard Russell and Gorillaz figurehead Damon Albarn. Now we've got another simmering song from that collection, the title track/leadoff track "The Bravest Man In The Universe." Stream it below.

The Bravest Man In The Universe is out 6/12 on XL. Womack recently was hospitalized for pneumonia, but he was later released. He continues to fight colon cancer.
