The Cali courts have granted guardianship over 17-year-old Cobain to Kurt's mom and sister, both for Bean's personal and financial well-being after an extended period of conduct by Courtney which met the legal standard for pretty much bonkers. More at TMZ. UPDATE: There's a restraining order too.
