Boy George and Lana Del Rey make an interesting pairing: Both obsessed with artifice and self-invention, both carrying big makeup bags, both weirdly iconic in their own ways. And now Boy George has covered (of course) "Video Games." His version soundtracks a lovely, romantic video about two punks in love at an apparently abandoned British seaside resort town. Boy George did, it bears mentioning, miss the Lana Del Rey cover train by nearly a year, but I'd say he gets a legend-status pass.
