Next month, longtime Chicago smart-music scenesters the Sea And Cake will release their new album Runner, the follow-up and companion piece to last year's The Moonlight Butterfly. We've already posted first single "Harps," and below, we've got a stream of "On And On," a spindly chug of a pop song.
