Mercurial Bay Area art-pop veterans Deerhoof are about to release their new album Breakup Song, and both of the early tracks we've heard from it, "The Trouble With Candyhands" and "Fête D’Adieu," display a warmth and melodic friendliness that goes beyond anything we could've expected from this band.
