This is Kendrick Lamar's coronation week, with his simply staggering new album Good Kid, m.A.A.d. City on a fast train into the public consciousness. And last night -- the night after the album hit online retailers -- Kendrick appeared as the musical guest on Conan, performing the single "Swimming Pools (Drank)." He had a minimal setup, with just a DJ behind him, no band or hypeman. But that worked just fine, since it's pretty incredible to watch him dizzily reeling off those blurry verses. Watch it below.
