David Bowie’s new album, The Next Day, is due out 3/12 via Columbia Records. So far, he’s released one single, “Where Are We Now?” Today NME reports that another track is on the way. On Facebook this morning, Bowie posted an announcement for a 2/26 single, “The Stars (Are Out Tonight)”. The artwork is above.
