Brooklyn label Famous Class will release the sixth installment of their Less Artists More Condo’s series on February 18th, featuring a track each from Cass McCombs and White Magic. Now you can hear McCombs cut, “If You’ve Loved Me Before…” It’s a moody, slow-moving track featuring McCombs stark, straightforward vocals over minimal electric guitar and spare keys. “True love gives, expecting nothing in return,” sings McCombs. “I realize I have a lot left to learn.” Stream it below.

The LAMC series exists in memory of Ariel Panero, who was dear friend to Famous Class as well as a label partner. The series takes its name from the legendary NYC show series that Panero organized under the same name. The entire proceeds benefit the Ariel Panero Memorial Fund at VH1 Save the Music, a non-profit dedicated to bringing music education back to America’s public schools. The seventh installment will feature Ty Segall and The Meatbodies.
