Californian studio tinkerers Fol Chen have made a move toward pop tangibility on new album The False Alarms, and their new video for "I.O.U." might be the most approachable thing they've ever done. After she appeared as an interstellar princess in the "200 Words" video, singer Sinosa Loa as a flirty roller-disco siren, and director Chris Wilcha lets her glide across the dancefloor.
